International Relations Office (IRO)
International Relations Office (IRO) at the Faculty of Medicine coordinates all international relations at the faculty and provides information about study and traineeship mobility. IRO is the key coordinator for the Erasmus+ programme and provides information about other exchange programmes within the EU, collaboration with partner universities and other programmes. IRO is mainly responsible for the following areas:
- ERASMUS+ programme (incl. incoming and outgoing students, teacher and staff mobility and traineeships, bilateral agreements)
- Partnerships with foreign universities (incl. bilateral agreement, MOU, student, teacher and staff mobility)
- Exchange programmes (incl. providing information and consultations on different types of mobility programmes, foreign student´s study at the faculty within the faculty agreements and ERASMUS+)
- Cooperation with the Ministry of Education and domestic and foreign non-governmental institutions and grant agencies in the field of mobility and exchange programmes (e.g. SAIA, SAAIC, Fulbright etc.)
- Cooperation with the Department of International Relations of the Comenius University (e.g. ENLIGHT, UNIWELIS, etc.)
